Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PackTitan purchase.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging

• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return

Return Process:

1. Email service@packtitan.top with your order number and reason for return

2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged
